Bertanggung Jawab

• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project
• Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
• Advise and assist the management in establishing EasyParcel’s market presence in Indonesia
• Implement EasyParcel’s business plan and the project activities for the market
• Formulate strategic objectives, strategies, policies and plans, specifically in relation to the company’s products and services
• Establish and cultivate relationships with customers (both actual and potential), as well as relationships with other experts in the field
• Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Build, and train local teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Operations
• Understand the local markets, customers, and drive marketing initiatives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Persyaratan

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in building a team from scratch
• Proven track record in customer acquisition in the startup environment
• Confident and optimistic personality with creative vision
• Ability to work with ambiguity and make things happen
• Candidates with a good network in FMCG industries will be a plus.
• Customer centric with passion in problem solving
• Willing to do occasional regional and international travel.
