• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in building a team from scratch
• Proven track record in customer acquisition in the startup environment
• Confident and optimistic personality with creative vision
• Ability to work with ambiguity and make things happen
• Candidates with a good network in FMCG industries will be a plus.
• Customer centric with passion in problem solving
• Willing to do occasional regional and international travel.
