Simply top up your EasyParcel account with credit to book deliveries as you go. Every top up package comes with different attractive rates and benefits.
The cost of a delivery will depend on its size, weight, destination and courier rate. The majority of our most delivered parcels cost between RP6.000 - RP10.000.
It is best to pay using EasyParcel credit to save time and enjoy much lower delivery rate. Otherwise, you may pay for each individual orders using “Instant Pay” at normal rate.
Your credits is valid for (1) year from your top up date. You can activate back your remaining credit by topping up again. If you have remaining credit after promo duration ended, your account will switch back to normal rate. Just make new top up to activate back VIP rate and extend to a new promo expiry date.
EasyParcel credit is valid for 1 (one) year from your latest top up date.
You will receive SMS and email reminder before your credit expires. Sign in to see your credit balance here.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.
Yes, prices shown above are inclusive of VAT charges. For eg, customer top up for EP1000000 package by paying RP1.010.000 (RP1.000.000 EasyParcel credit + RP10.000).
Yes, we accept top up via offline. However, it might take up to 3 working days for credit, discounts and package benefit to reflect in your account.
